中国电商尤其是农村电商应该什么方向

Chinese authorities have detailed new measures to boost e-commerce in rural areas, pledging diversified financial support to tap consumption potential in the underdeveloped market. China will accelerate the building of a more efficient circulation system for agricultural products and a modern market system, according to a joint work plan released by government agencies including the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce.

通知提出，要大力发展农村电子商务，促进形成农产品进城和工业品下乡畅通、线上线下融合的农产品流通体系和现代农村市场体系，培育一批各具特色、经验可复制推广的示范县。中央财政资金实行“鼓励发展+负面清单”管理模式，重点支持以下方向：县乡村三级物流配送体系、农村电商公共服务体系、农村现代流通服务体系、农村电子商务培训体系。

通知指出，支持对返乡农民工、大学生、退伍军人、贫困户等开展农村电商普及和技能培训，丰富直播带货、社交电商等课程。
